Chiekh Alloul

Engineer-led EU AI Act compliance · Paris

For ten years I wrote model documentation for internal model-risk review. The EU AI Act asks for the same evidence, in a different shape. I write the version a regulator can read.
Founder's note

I spent the last decade leading ML in production — recommendation and ranking systems serving tens of millions of users, fraud and anomaly detection in regulated industries, and applied research where the same model went through model-risk review every quarter. That's where the AI Act work comes from. In those reviews, half of what's now Annex IV was already on my desk; the job was to shape it for a different reader.

Track record

  • 10+ years ML in production
  • Recommendation & ranking at scale
  • Fraud & anomaly detection in regulated sectors
  • Quarterly model-risk review on shipped systems

About the firm

About the firm

Tenth Partner is a specialist consultancy for EU AI Act compliance, built around the artefacts that already live in ML systems. The work serves providers and deployers placing high-risk systems on the EU market — HR tech, insurtech, edtech, lending and credit.

Engagements are scoped tightly. A three-day Diagnostic returns Annex III classification for up to three systems. A two-week Readiness Sprint returns an Annex IV gap analysis and a 26-week operational roadmap. Longer programmes build the risk-management and post-market monitoring systems from there.

Each deliverable is grounded in the team's existing ML stack — model registry entries, validation reports, experiment logs.
