This site does not currently collect personal data automatically. We don't run analytics, set cookies, or operate forms.
What we hold
Email addresses you send us when you write to hello@tenthpartner.com — used to respond, and if we work together, to manage the engagement.
Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)
- Correspondence: legitimate interest, and where you've started a contracting conversation, pre-contractual measures.
- Active client records: contract performance and legal obligations under accounting law.
Retention
- Prospect correspondence: up to 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted.
- Active and past client files: 10 years from the end of the engagement, per applicable accounting-law obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing. Email hello@tenthpartner.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority (e.g. the CNIL in France, or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate once Tenth Partner is incorporated in Estonia).
Hosting
The site is hosted by Railway Corp (USA) and runs in the EU-West region under Standard Contractual Clauses. No customer-data table is operated.
